AI-enabled imaging for retinal microsurgery.

EPSRC CDT in Smart Medical Imaging · King’s College London & Imperial College London

I develop real-time computer vision that tracks the retina, surgical instruments and injection point at pixel level—supporting stable subretinal delivery of sight-restoring regenerative therapies.

My PhD develops deep-learning methods for real-time pixel-level tracking and semantic interpretation in vitreoretinal surgery—towards safer, image-guided delivery of regenerative therapies into the retina.
